Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Rezinix.ai to delete your FleekAI account and all data linked to it at any time, including data received from Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.

How to request deletion

• Email contact.rezinix@gmail.com from the email address you use to sign in to FleekAI, with the subject "Delete my FleekAI data".
• Include your workspace (organisation) name so we can find the right account.
• We may reply to confirm the request comes from you before deleting anything.

We will email you once the deletion is complete.

What we delete

• Your account and workspace: profile, products, brand settings and campaigns.
• Leads, contacts and the messages exchanged with them, including WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook conversations.
• Documents, images and videos you uploaded or generated.
• Access tokens and IDs for every account you connected (Meta, WhatsApp, Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn).

We keep payment records only where the law requires us to, for example for tax purposes.

Removing FleekAI from Facebook

You can also stop FleekAI from accessing your Meta account: on Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, and remove RezinixAI. This stops further access; to delete data we already hold, send the email above.

Deleting individual items

Inside FleekAI you can delete leads and documents yourself at any time. Disconnecting an account in Settings → Integrations stops FleekAI from using it. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle your data.
