Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Rezinix.ai ("we", "us") handles personal data when you use FleekAI at https://fleekai.org. Questions: contact.rezinix@gmail.com.

Data we collect

  • Account data: your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
  • Workspace data: your organisation profile, products, brand settings, campaigns and the documents you upload.
  • Lead and contact data: contacts you import or that message you through connected channels, and the messages exchanged with them.
  • Connected accounts: access tokens for the services you connect (such as Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn, Meta/Instagram and Google Ads), used only to perform the actions you ask for.
  • Billing data: your plan and payment records. Card and bank details are entered directly with Razorpay; we never see or store them.
  • Technical data: logs needed to run, secure and debug the service.

How we use it

  • To provide the service: generating content, running the campaigns you approve, and showing replies in your inbox.
  • To process payments and manage your plan and AI credits.
  • To send service emails such as verification and account notices.
  • To keep the service secure and to fix problems.

We do not sell personal data.

Data from Meta (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp)

When you connect a Meta account, FleekAI receives only what you approve in Meta's login window:

  • WhatsApp: your WhatsApp Business account and phone number details, the messages sent and received on that number, and, if you connect your WhatsApp Business app, the contacts and recent chat history it shares.
  • Facebook and Instagram: the Pages, Instagram accounts and ad accounts you select, and the posts, comments and messages needed for the features you use.

We use this data only to show your conversations in FleekAI, send the messages and replies you or your automation settings approve, publish your content and run your ads. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. To have it deleted, see our data deletion instructions.

Data from Google (Gmail and Google Ads)

When you connect a Google account, FleekAI receives only what you approve in Google's consent screen:

  • Gmail: permission to send emails you or your approved campaigns create, and to read and label the replies to those emails so they appear in your FleekAI inbox.
  • Google Ads: the ad accounts you select, so we can create and report on the campaigns you run.

FleekAI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

  • We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features you use in FleekAI.
  • We do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide those features, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with your notice.
  • We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
  • We do not use it to train or improve general AI or machine learning models.
  • No person reads it unless you ask us to (for example, for support), it is needed for security or to comply with the law, or it is aggregated and anonymised for internal operations.

Lead data you bring

For contacts you import or reach through FleekAI, you decide what is collected and why, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent to contact them. We process that data on your behalf to provide the service.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run FleekAI:

  • Amazon Web Services: hosting and file storage.
  • Google and OpenAI: AI models that generate content from the prompts and documents you provide.
  • Qdrant: search index for your uploaded documents.
  • Razorpay: payment processing.
  • The channels you connect (Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn): to send and receive messages and posts on your behalf.

Separation and security

Each workspace's data is kept separate from every other customer's. Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to what is needed to operate and support the service.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete leads and documents from the app at any time. To close your account and delete its data, follow our data deletion instructions or contact us at contact.rezinix@gmail.com.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how it is used, by contacting contact.rezinix@gmail.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
