These terms govern your use of FleekAI, provided by Rezinix.ai. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: contact.rezinix@gmail.com.

Your account

Keep your login details secure and make sure the information you give us is accurate. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including by team members you invite.

Plans, payments and AI credits

• The free plan is available without a payment method.
• Paid plans are charged upfront in USD through Razorpay for the selected month or year. Prices are shown on our pricing page.
• Each plan includes an allowance of AI credits. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use FleekAI to:

• send spam, or contact people without a lawful basis or required consent;
• ignore opt-out requests from people you contact;
• send misleading, unlawful, harmful or infringing content;
• break the rules of connected platforms such as Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn or WhatsApp;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content and AI output

You keep ownership of the content and data you put into FleekAI and of the content it generates for you. AI output can be inaccurate: review it before you publish or send it. You are responsible for the messages, posts and ads you approve.

Connected services

When you connect a third-party account, you authorise FleekAI to act on it as you direct. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or decisions.

Service availability

We work to keep FleekAI available and secure but provide it "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or specific business results.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

You can stop using FleekAI at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.
